Society of Genito Urinary Surgeons TGSOGUS The ‘Telangana Society of Genito Urinary ’ is formed by eminent Urologists & Genito-Urinary surgeons from Hyderabad and other parts of Telangana for research and treatment of urologic diseases. The society is registered vide Registration No 430 of 2014 by Registrar of Society, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001.

At inception, a provisional Executive Committee with Dr. Mallikarjun Reddy as the Chairman was entrusted with the task of framing the rules and enrolling members. The society is a professional association of the Urologists of Andhra Pradesh that aims at:

• Fostering highest standards of urologic care
• Encouraging comprehensive urologic research
• Rendering Continuous Medical Education (CME)
• Maintaining strong fellowship among members
• Publishing urological bulletins and newsletters
• Interchanging ideas via symposiums and panels

The Society holds its annual conference in the month of November (2nd weekend) in different places across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The annual conference is usually attended by more than 500 urologists.
